Helping you to self manage your Mental Wellbeing
1-1 sessions for people of all ages and group sessions for families and couple where there is an identified need to work together.
Within the Talk service we offer a range of modalities which include CBT, DBT, IPT, Drawing and Talking, Counselling and Talk Support.
We accept referrals from professionals as well as self-referrals. To make a referral please contact us on 0808 196 1773 or email referral@togetherwe.uk. You can also find our referral form below.
*Due to a significantly high waiting list, we are currently not accepting new referrals for one-on-one support for Adults*
Maternal Mental Health Support service and sling library
Providing wellbeing support for expecting and new families, including tools such as baby carriers and psychoeducational sessions for keeping well as a new parent.
Together we carry aims to improve families wellbeing by helping to facilitate carrying their child with different types of carriers and Slings. Exercise and Wellbeing workshops are also ran in conjunction with Together We’s other services.
Together We carry also provides support for Dads via Offload for Dads which is bi-monthly support groups specifically for Dads and a Men’s Group that meet weekly. Helping you to take control of your Physical health and Wellbeing
Together We Fitness is our Physical wellbeing service. Work 1-1 with our Fitness team to improve physical health and overall wellbeing.
Together We also provides public group sessions intended to provide a variety of exercise types such as Step Resistance, Line Dancing, Boxfit and many more.
Working together to improve Mental Health and Wellbeing
The North Cumbria Recovery College provides support for adults aged 18+ across four areas in Cumbria, Allerdale, Copeland, Carlisle and Eden.
The Discovery College, is currently being trialled in Allerdale and Copeland and will provide support for children aged 14-18 and Families.
The colleges provide group sessions and opportunities for those experiencing mental or physical health difficulties, or those care for someone that does, to engage in a variety of courses or groups that are focused on increasing understanding, developing skills and confidence to be able to take control of your mental and physical wellbeing.
Courses include but aren’t limited to anger management, assertiveness, decider skills, stress and worry management and many more.
