This course intends to support individuals who are experiencing distress around food, weight, shape and body image. 
 
Skills learned from these sessions are adapted from Cognitive Behavioural therapy and compassion focused therapy. 
 
There are 12 sessions in total, not all sessions will be relevant to each person. The sessions should be undertaken alongside a practitioner to help support you and guide you towards your own version of recovery.
