What affects our mental health?

Mental health can be affected by a number of different life events / factors.  For example:

  3. Finances
  4. Home life
  5. Employment
  6. Mental health problems

Recognising factors that affect our mental health can help us to identify triggers to poorer mental health and may be something to avoid or manage.

Identifying triggers can be difficult as we often don’t know until after we have been ‘triggered’ and after the behaviours happens that comes with the emotions.
