Service News!

July 2024

Together We Talk is thrilled to announce that we are now able to reopen referrals for families, children, and young people in West Cumbria. This exciting development comes thanks to securing further funding and the success of recent fundraising events held in support of our mission.

While we celebrate this achievement, we continue to operate at reduced capacity as we await further funding decisions. We kindly ask for your patience during this period and assure you that we are doing everything possible to expand our services.

We expect to be able to provide updates regarding adult referrals soon and appreciate your continued support and understanding.

Our most up to date referral form can be downloaded from https://togetherwe.uk/talk/

About Together We Talk:

Together We Talk provides evidence-based talking interventions for mental and physical health and well-being. Our services may include interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Rewind Trauma Therapy, and Person-Centred Counselling.

We specialise in supporting individuals who fall between service gaps and those not receiving psychological statutory services. Our offerings include a variety of interventions designed to help people understand their symptoms and learn self-management techniques.

We provide support for individuals, families, and couples through our young people, family, and adult services, which interlink and are managed by specialist practitioners. We welcome anyone experiencing problematic symptoms of mental and physical health and well-being.

A range of different support options is available online, face-to-face, via SMS, and email.
