November Lockdown Update:

Together Fitness and Wellbeing Centre will cease everyday operations as of 5/11/2020 as per government guidelines. You may still be asked to come to the centre for 1 to 1 support or small group support as apart of Together We Talk. Additionally staff members will be hosting virtual fitness and wellbeing sessions from the centre. We remain optimistic that we can reopen in December.

All other services from Together We will remain operational, 1 to 1 or small group support in person may be offered in some cases, your practitioner will let you know if this is not the case.

Membership update (2/11/2020)

All memberships have been requested to be frozen with Harlands.

“This will be an indefinite freeze. Please allow at least 10 working days for this request to be processed. Any freeze is subject to existing cut-off dates, so if the deadline has passed, then this will take effect from the next instalment due date.”

As above if your payment date is due within the next 10 days then it will likely still be taken. If this occurs and when we return please remind us of this and we can freeze the returing month.

Equipment borrowing:

ALL OF TOGETHER WE SERVICE USERS WILL RECIEVE A FREE ACTIVITY PACK. (With thanks to Cumbria Youth Alliance, Cumbria Community Foundation and Active Cumbria) within this packs are loop bands, skipping ropes, bats/balls and wellbeing booklets. These will be handed out over the next two days, if you need to collect these after lockdown please message.

Weights, small equipment etc – we are happy to borrow equipment to members but we will need to keep a list, name and address, unfortunately a lot of our plates did not get returned last time. All equipment must be returned prior to reopening.

We hope to have more news up and coming about further support within lockdown over the next few days.

The booking system remains active until Wednesday evening, please do not book sessions post Wednesday 🙂
